Q. Where are you based and which areas of the UK do you cover?

A. Capital Homebuyers are based in Essex, South East of England. We cover the whole of the UK.

Q. What fees do you charge?

A. Capital Homebuyers charge absolutely NO fees whatsoever. We are not agents and so there are no costs, commissions, charges or fees involved at all.

Q. Are there any hidden catches here?

A. Not at all. It is in fact a win-win situation for both of us. You receive payment for your property in record speed while we save slightly on the price of the property. We both have our needs met because it suits us both.

Q. I may be facing repossession. Can you help?

A. Absolutely. Contact us right away and together we can avoid any repossession taking place. We buy your house for cash, deal with your mortgage lender and set you debt free and without credit-black listing.

Q. Will you offer full market value for my property?

A. No. Because of the nature of our service; being able to buy immediately for cash - our offers reflect this. Our offers are typically 20% below the full market value.

Q. What's the best price you can pay?

A. There is no set best or top prices. All our offers are based on our initial valuations of your property which are normally complete within 48 hours. All cases are individual and our offers will be based on factors unique to you and your property.

Q. What kinds of properties do you buy?

A. Being specialists in the residential market we buy all kinds of residential properties. These include  flats, terraces, bungalows, semi-detached, detached, derelict, poor condition etc.

Q. Is the condition of my property important?

A. Not at all. We have bought properties in a derelict and poor state to those in a fine decorative order. The condition, internally or externally, is not important at all and will not influence our decision to  guarantee an immediate cash offer for you.

Q. What do you mean by a 'cash-buyer'? Is this all above board?

A. Since we have direct access to capital funds we refer to ourselves as cash-buyers. We do not need the approval of mortgage companies before going ahead with the purchase of a property - that could take weeks! Q. If I change my mind would I still have to sell?

A. Not all. You are under no obligation at all anywhere in the process.

Q. Will I need a solicitor? And what about legal costs?

A. If you have accepted our offer you will need a solicitor to deal with all the legalities of selling your property in a complete and professional manner. If you do not have one we will provide one for you. We pay for your legal costs so there is nothing for you to pay or worry about. This service applies to everyone.

Q. My property is not in the best of conditions - will I still be treated as a valued customer?

A. Of course! We buy property in all conditions so do not worry, all our customers are treated fairly and professionaly with total confidentiality.

Q. Can anybody find out how I've sold my property if I go through you?

A. No. No signs are ever present or put outside your front lawn. There is no possibility of anyone finding out about your sale of the property. Our service is discreet and we comply fully with the Data Protetion Act ensuring your private information is kept solely within our organisation.

Q. Once I have accpeted your offer, do I have to move out?

A. No, not at all. We always work around you and your timescale for moving. In some cases we are even able to provide the property as a rented accomodation to our customers so they never have to leave their home!
